Beast Kingdom has announced a brand new product line for 2022. The Mini D-Stage series is a collection of 10cm tall dioramas featuring Walt Disney characters. The first set is centered around the 1951 Disney classic Alice in Wonderland.

While the initial collection doesn’t incorporate every classic character, it includes just enough to pique the interest of Disney collectors. Typically when we cover Beast Kingdom items, they’re from the DAH line of figures. So this is a nice change of pace.

The first set of dioramas in this mini collection is $107.99 and will include the following scenes/characters:

  • Alice in Tulgey Wood
  • The Chesire Cat
  • The Queen of Hearts playing croquet
  • The Caterpillar reclining on his mushroom
  • The White Rabbit during the court scene
  • Alice with Nonsense Signs

The series includes six different dioramas that put the protagonist Alice in a dreamlike wonderland. The characters set off a series of fantasies. There is Alice lost in front of a tree. The Queen of Hearts is swinging a Hammer Bird. The Cheshire Cat is sporting his iconic grin. The White Rabbit is reading the accusation from the parchment scroll at the trial of Alice. Finally, the Caterpillar is seen lounging on top of a mushroom. With each diorama meticulously crafted with realistic poses and charm, these are not to be missed by fans who love Alice in Wonderland..

If you’ve been a collector of Beast Kingdom’s Diorama Stage collection, this new series is roughly about half the size. The larger diorama series is still in production. Right now, you can pre-order scenes based on Snow White, Queen Grimhilde, Belle, and Cinderella. Those statues are priced at around $35 each.

What do you think of this new statue series? Let us know in the comments section below.
