The newest ride coming to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will open on December 5th at Disney Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Currently there has been a sign posted outside the queuing area and @bioreconstruct on Twitter has gotten a picture of it. (Again, I highly recommend you give them a follow!)

The new sign states:
You should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back, or neck problems, motion sickness or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride.
Age restriction and Height Requirements:
The sign states “children under 7 MUST be accompanied by person age 14 years or older.”
Height Requirement is 40 inches.
Also it’s worth noting that ADA rides must transfer. Earlier today SWGalaxysEdge on Twitter (also an account worth following) posted the following:
ADA Reminder for Rise of the Resistance.
ALL riders with wheelchairs, scooters, strollers MUST xfer from that device into the ride vehicle.
All vehicles are ADA accessible, but riders must xfer. If you cannot xfer, there is no special vehicle like the Smugglers Run ride.

They also posted this just an hour ago:
Scooter/ECV riders. #SWEGFL is trying to have you leave your “vehicle” by the turret entrance and either use a wheelchair or walk through the queue to the ride vehicle to make transferring easier. Just wanted you to be prepared.

Also going to point out that they also mentioned that they were hearing that there were issues during testing, as recent as a couple of days ago. We keep getting told we are making it up.
#SWGEFL – 4 days left until the public opening. From what I’m hearing, the ride is still having issues. Not running at 100%. Stopping for an hour at a time. Testers having to evacuate. I fully support this ride, but I’m not gonna hide the truth either.

Keep all of this in mind when you visit Walt Disney World. Disneyland you are going to have to wait until January 17, 2020.
