It’s the fourth day into the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts event and the Figment popcorn bucket demand is still going strong. We have our own Mike Phalin covering it today and he got there early and the line was snaked all around EPCOT.
I’m just surprised they haven’t sold out yet given the immense demand, but as of a little bit ago there were still a bunch there.
He reports that there are “carts and carts” of empty boxes near the Pop Eats stand.
There are a lot of legitimate Figment fans out there and many people would want them for that reason, but another big reason is to sell them on the secondary market.
There is some hope for people. Lately there have been more and more stories coming out of people buying buckets and giving them away to people in the park or at the back of the line, trying to create some magic for others. Which is what the Disney experience should be all about.
I’m hearing more and more stories of people doing this for others.
This gentleman gave away his Figment Popcorn Bucket to a lucky person at the back of the line!❤️ #Figment #Epcot #figmentpopcornbucket #FestivalOfTheArts – video credit / permission to share from: tiktok @ tattoodisneydad IG: @ martinsmarkvlog pic.twitter.com/VKO1mIXUKg

After waiting 45 minutes for the Figment popcorn bucket, a lovely woman just gave one to my friend’s daughter. #Epcot #WaltDisneyWorld pic.twitter.com/NCzOCuANZP

I’m just thankful that Mike is being awesome and getting one for me as well.
