Walt Disney World is apparently making up the largest part of the 28,000 announced layoffs. According to an official notice of layoffs posted by @ScottGustin on Twitter.

There are a lot of cuts hitting the Cast Members at Walt Disney World. Earlier it was announced that Disneyland was going to see around 10,000 layoff notices go out by Sunday.
Walt Disney World is up and running, unlike Disneyland. It just seems like an awful lot of cuts. But now that the company is switching focus to streaming and “shareholder wealth” they are acceptable casualties for management.
